What You’ll Do
As a SafeGuard Transportation team member, you’ll:
Work in teams of two to ensure safety, support, and supervision for each youth in transport.
Travel by ground or air, coordinating safe movement to treatment centers, correctional facilities, or forever homes — frequently across state lines.
Use your training, empathy, and communication skills to de-escalate, reassure, and support youth during stressful transitions.
Maintain professional standards that reflect our company’s first-responder values: integrity, structure, compassion, and calm under pressure.
Complete accurate, timely incident reports when needed — because accountability and transparency are part of who we are.
Represent a company that deeply respects both its staff and the children we serve.
